Custom AI agents

An agent isn't a chatbot you ask questions. It's a system that reviews your entire operation every night, comes to you in the morning with one concrete action, and learns from the reasons you give when you say no.

How an agent works: it reviews the operation overnight, proposes one concrete action in the morning, you accept or reject it, and your reason for rejecting becomes a rule the agent applies next time. 1. Reviews The whole operation, overnight 2. Proposes One concrete action, via Telegram 3. You decide Accept, reject, or ask 4. Learns Your reason becomes a system rule THE LOOP CLOSES ON ITS OWN. THE DECISION IS ALWAYS YOURS. THE NEXT RUN ALREADY KNOWS WHAT IT LEARNED
Step 4 is what separates an agent from a bot. A bot proposes the same thing again tomorrow. An agent that learns stops proposing what you already turned down, for the reason you gave.

What our agents do

Read-only access, always. The account can't write a single row, queries run against a replica of your database, and the output is a message, never an action on your system.

What it runs on

The ERP you already use. We don't migrate anything, and your IT team doesn't take on extra work. In production today we read ERPs, online stores, card processors, bank statements, and ARCA (Argentina's federal tax agency).

We have specific experience with Dragonfish, the most widely used ERP in Argentine apparel retail.

What it's not

It's not a chatbot that answers your questions. It's not one more dashboard to add to the ones you've already stopped checking. And it doesn't decide for you: you approve every action, every time.

Use case: exactly what an AI system looks at in your ERP

Does your operation have the data an agent needs?

On a 20-minute call we look at the systems you run, what can be read today, and what an agent could propose in its first week. Free, and no sales pitch. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you on the call.
